Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us during the You Look Swell Premiere Tour, aka, The FEAR Tour! We enjoyed getting wild with each and every one of you... probably not including the barns that keyed the van in South Carolina.
Here is a short photo journey through the first half of the tour. (All photos by Matty Brown)
FEAR
After the first official premiere at Farias Surf and Sport, in Ship Bottom, NJ, we headed to upstate New York and ended up showing in Rick's hometown. Somehow this premiere went down at a combined high school and college graduation party... The kids got wild, the cops were called and the van died and got stuck in the middle of it all. Luckily, we happened to be in upstate New York where girls carry jumper cables in their purses. The next morning was spent hanging outside the hospital where Rick had to be seen barely two days into the tour. Win!
We had a rest day between Rhode Island and Brooklyn so we decided to set up a last minute screening for a group of friends in my hometown.
From there, it was off to Brooklyn. I think I can say that this was everyone's favorite stop on the tour. Before the showing, we headed to Three Kings Tattoo where we got matching FEAR tattoos. I got completely shafted and my tattoo came out like shit. Kimmy Grace of, The Sour Mash Blog, set us up with a space and got some local bands together last minute for the after party. So, thank you to Kim, Beast Make Bomb, The Benny's and Ritz Riot for a super fun night! When Ben and I made it back to the van in the morning, we found it completely dead once again. We waited for hours in the van without air conditioning on an incredibly hot day directly underneath the train tracks for AAA rescue us....

You Look Swell: Premiere Tour!»
We are proud to announce the first official premiere for You Look Swell is set to take place at Farias Surf and Sport, in Ship Bottom, New Jersey, on July 8th. This will be the first of four premiere locations currently lined up for this Summer.
Following the July 8th location, the crew will be heading to Brooklyn, Rhode Island and North Carolina to premiere the film. More locations to come soon.
